PRICES
All prices are in Australian Dollars.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site (whether or not you have a PayPal account). For Australian orders we also accept direct deposit. Please contact us for bank account details.

Failure to pay for your item(s) within 5 business days of placing your order will result in your order being cancelled. Please ensure you make pay promptly to avoid this happening.

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped as soon as possible and no later than 2 business days after receipt of payment (unless the item is a special order in which case you will be notified of the estimated delivery date).

All international orders are posted through first class airmail with Australia Post. Please note that parcels sent via this service do not require signature on delivery, do not have tracking numbers, nor are they covered by insurance. If you would like to upgrade your order to include any of these features, please let us know. We will calculate the additional cost, and if you agree to pay this, we will send a revised invoice through PayPal.

Please note that we do not take responsibility for any customs fees that may apply in your country.

All Australian orders are posted through regular post with Australia Post. If you would prefer to have your item sent by express or registered post, please let us know when checking out. We will calculate the additional cost, and if you agree to pay this, we will send a revised invoice through PayPal.

Please note that if you choose not to have your order insured (or sent through registered post within Australia), we cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged once they are shipped.

Combined postage discounts are available for multiple items purchased from our store.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer a refund for change of mind or if the item is the incorrect size. Please check the sizing carefully to ensure you are buying the correct size. We are sure you will be happy with your purchase but if you have any queries please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

WHOLESALE AND CUSTOM ORDERS
We are happy to take wholesale orders. Please contact us for more information. We are not currently taking any custom orders.

SIZING
Sizing has been determined having regard to the size coding scheme for children's clothing in Australian Standard 1182-1997. This means that our sizes are designed to correspond to the age of a child, so that, for example, a size 1 is designed to fit an average-sized one year old child.

HOW SECURE IS THIS SITE?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase from our store. Of course if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
